How We Handle Packaging

Packaging is one of the most important ways we interact directly with our customers. For instance, a carefully crafted, personalised unboxing experience could leave quite an impression on whoever is opening the parcel. Just as importantly, good packaging keeps our product safe during its delivery to customer’s doorstep by preventing the product bouncing around or getting crushed during transit.

Packing things the right way helps us save money by ensuring that we don’t need to ship a replacement product if the original gets damaged. On that note, it also keeps our reputation intact as it prevents customers from receiving damaged products or stuff that is ‘dead on arrival (DoA).

How We Ship Our Products

We ship our products Globally and all our packages are shipped very discreet. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents on the package is never used in our shipments. We constantly change our packaging to achieve max delivery success! The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion.

We understand that packages pass through many hands during their journey to the customer – going through first-mile service providers, air freight personnel, customs, and last mile partners just to name a few. We ensure absolute precaution during the packaging process.

How We Deliver Our Products

Our treatments are deliver within 24-48 hours after placement of order if you’re based in UK depending on your location, We offer both national and international shipping options to  our Patients, international shipping within EU regions could take 3 working days maximum, Holidays and Weekends are not working days note that. Any order place on weekends/holiday will be postpone to normal working day.
